PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Built for reliable, continuous power delivery.
The CRPSD800D2 is designed for systems using −48V DC-style power architecture instead of standard AC input. It is suitable for telecom cabinets, network infrastructure, edge access systems, battery-backed DC nodes, and compact server platforms where DC input compatibility, stable 12V output, airflow flexibility, and compact CRPS integration are important.
Plan the CRPSD800D2 output wiring around the actual current demand: keep conductors short, use low-resistance terminations, separate power paths from sensitive signal wiring, and preserve access for retightening and inspection. Arrange the enclosure so heat from neighboring components cannot collect around the supply or its connection points.
Qualify the CRPSD800D2 at several load levels, measuring voltage at both the supply terminals and the equipment input rather than relying only on no-load readings. Record cable drop, connector temperature, and enclosure temperature as baseline values. Later maintenance checks can compare against this record to identify loose joints, rising contact resistance, or deteriorating heat dissipation before they interrupt service.
