PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Built for reliable, continuous power delivery.
The CRPS800N2 is designed for compact infrastructure systems that need stronger 12V output than entry-level CRPS modules while still maintaining a space-saving 185 mm mechanical structure. It fits compact servers, network appliances, edge computing systems, storage controllers, and small rack-mounted platforms where power density, airflow flexibility, and stable operation are important. For this 800W capacity, +12V / 65A output, installation planning should account for ambient temperature, pressure drop, service access, and the electrical limits of the surrounding platform.
Plan the CRPS800N2 output wiring around the actual current demand: keep conductors short, use low-resistance terminations, separate power paths from sensitive signal wiring, and preserve access for retightening and inspection. Arrange the enclosure so heat from neighboring components cannot collect around the supply or its connection points.
Qualify the CRPS800N2 at several load levels, measuring voltage at both the supply terminals and the equipment input rather than relying only on no-load readings. Record cable drop, connector temperature, and enclosure temperature as baseline values. Later maintenance checks can compare against this record to identify loose joints, rising contact resistance, or deteriorating heat dissipation before they interrupt service.
