PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Built for reliable, continuous power delivery.
The CRPS1600C3 is designed for server and infrastructure systems that require higher efficiency and stronger output capacity than 1300W-class CRPS units. It fits enterprise servers, cloud platforms, storage arrays, virtualization systems, and energy-conscious data center deployments where Titanium efficiency, compact size, stable 12V output, and long-term operating reliability are important. For this 1600W capacity, +12V / 65.6A, +12V / 131.1A output, backplane pinout, control signaling, and mechanical retention should be checked together before the unit is approved for production use.
Plan the CRPS1600C3 output wiring around the actual current demand: keep conductors short, use low-resistance terminations, separate power paths from sensitive signal wiring, and preserve access for retightening and inspection. Arrange the enclosure so heat from neighboring components cannot collect around the supply or its connection points.
Qualify the CRPS1600C3 at several load levels, measuring voltage at both the supply terminals and the equipment input rather than relying only on no-load readings. Record cable drop, connector temperature, and enclosure temperature as baseline values. Later maintenance checks can compare against this record to identify loose joints, rising contact resistance, or deteriorating heat dissipation before they interrupt service.
