PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Built for reliable, continuous power delivery.
The CRPSHD1300D2 is designed for systems that require stable 12V output while supporting high-voltage DC input up to 400VDC. It is suitable for DC-powered server rooms, telecom infrastructure, edge cabinets, storage nodes, and enterprise equipment where flexible AC/DC input, compact CRPS size, and reliable operation are important. For this 1300W capacity, +12V / 75A, +12V / 82A, +12V / 107A output, qualification should include airflow direction, thermal margin, cable routing, and access for routine module replacement.
Plan the CRPSHD1300D2 output wiring around the actual current demand: keep conductors short, use low-resistance terminations, separate power paths from sensitive signal wiring, and preserve access for retightening and inspection. Arrange the enclosure so heat from neighboring components cannot collect around the supply or its connection points.
Qualify the CRPSHD1300D2 at several load levels, measuring voltage at both the supply terminals and the equipment input rather than relying only on no-load readings. Record cable drop, connector temperature, and enclosure temperature as baseline values. Later maintenance checks can compare against this record to identify loose joints, rising contact resistance, or deteriorating heat dissipation before they interrupt service.
