PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Built for reliable, continuous power delivery.
The CRPS2200D2 is designed for high-density server systems that require more power headroom than 2000W-class CRPS units while still keeping a compact PSU footprint. It fits data center servers, cloud infrastructure, storage platforms, AI/HPC systems, and advanced enterprise equipment where stable 12V power delivery, efficient operation, and thermal reliability are important. For this 2200W capacity, +12V / 91A, +12V / 164A, +12V / 181A output, for long-term service, document fan inspection, connector seating, event-log review, and replacement procedures as part of the maintenance plan.
Plan the CRPS2200D2 output wiring around the actual current demand: keep conductors short, use low-resistance terminations, separate power paths from sensitive signal wiring, and preserve access for retightening and inspection. Arrange the enclosure so heat from neighboring components cannot collect around the supply or its connection points.
Qualify the CRPS2200D2 at several load levels, measuring voltage at both the supply terminals and the equipment input rather than relying only on no-load readings. Record cable drop, connector temperature, and enclosure temperature as baseline values. Later maintenance checks can compare against this record to identify loose joints, rising contact resistance, or deteriorating heat dissipation before they interrupt service.
